1. When will my order arrive?

Delivery times depend on the shipping company chosen. We partner with reliable couriers for both domestic and international deliveries. Once your order is processed and ready for shipping, it will typically take **5–7 business days** to arrive. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.  


2. Do you offer international shipping? 

Yes, we offer international shipping. You can request international delivery through our team via WhatsApp. Once we receive the required information, your product will be shipped using *FedEx*, ensuring delivery in the shortest possible time.  


3. What if there is a manufacturing defect in the product?

Please refer to our return policy for details on returns and exchanges. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed and an agreement is made for a return, shipping costs for both the return and reshipping will be charged to the customer. However, the product's value will not be charged, as per our return policy.  


4. How can I order a caftan online and make a payment?

We manage orders via phone, WhatsApp, or email, ensuring smooth communication until your caftan or jalabiya is delivered. If the selected product is in stock, you can pay directly on our website. Currently, we only accept payments through *PayPal*, and your product will be delivered to your doorstep.  


5. Can I get a discount for bulk orders?  

Yes, we offer discounts for bulk orders. Discounts range from **10–20%** on select products. Please contact us directly via our *Contact Us* page or WhatsApp to inquire about quantities and discounts.
