Return and Exchange Policy

We ensure our customers' right to return or exchange products purchased from our store under the following terms and conditions:  

General Conditions: 

1. All products displayed on our store are eligible** for return or exchange, provided the conditions below are met.  

2. The product must be in itsoriginal condition at the time of purchase and packaged in its original wrapping.  

Return and Exchange Period:

- Return: Within three (3) days from the date of purchase.  

- Exchange: Within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.  

Steps for Return and Exchange: 

1. Contact Us:  

   - Through the "Contact Us" page.  

   - Or via our phone numbers.  

2. Required Steps:  

   - Take a photo of the product.  

   - Send the photo along with the city, address, and order number.  

3. In case of a defect or damage in the product:  

   - The product will be replaced with another.  

4. If the product differs from the description:  

   - The full amount will be refunded to the customer.  

Specific Conditions: 

1. If the product has no defect or issue but the customer wishes to return it:  

   - A 30% deduction will be applied to the product price, or a minimum charge of 25 MAD.  

2.Our Responsibility:  

   - We are not responsible for any usage expectations not stated in the product description on our website.
